Qualification of a Prospective Tenant
Gatehouse Estates Property Management are pleased to be associated with 'Homelet' a company who specialize in the qualification of prospective tenants as well as providing financial security options.

Homelet qualify prospective tenants in the form of :

  • Present employers details
  • Previous employers details
  • Current address Previous address
  • Any county court judgments
  • And proof of I.D , such as driving license, passport and utility bill 
  • For Your Information
  • Various landlord insurance policies are available regarding contents and furnishings.
  • Tenant Financial Obligations Prior to Occupation

  1. A deposit equal to one and a half month’s rent.

  2. The first month’s rent paid in advance.
  3. A Direct Debit for the month’s rent, is called up by Gatehouse Estates Property Management on a monthly basis from the tenant’s bank account.
