Yes.
In addition to our own network of websites, the property will be added immediately upon your instruction.

 Q: What are the office opening hours ?
 A:

The offices are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

However, appointments pre-arranged outside these hours are also available.

 A:

Various factors need to be taken into account when advising a Landlord on the rental value of their property.

The location, condition and size of the property, standard of contents and fittings provided and prevailing market forces are all factors which must be considered. 

All property assessments are carried out by an experienced company representative, following which all relevant issues will be discussed in greater detail with you. This enables you to ask any questions that you may have and discuss any particular concerns.

 Q: What happens once a tenant for my property is found ?
 A:

From the outset, we aim to take the stress away from the landlord. Once a suitable tenant has been located, we begin the process by checking the financial background of the tenant. If the tenant is acceptable, we take a deposit from the tenant and begin the process of handing the property over to the tenant by preparing our standard tenancy contract.

 Q: Are you a member of any governing residential property management associations ?
 A:
Gatehouse Estates Property Management is a member of The Guild Of Letting & Management.
As you may already be aware all rental agents at some point will need legal advice from a specialising firm dealing with residential lettings.  Membership is only available to firms specialising in residential lettings and property management that meet a certain requirements.  The principal association is also to ensure that its members conduct their business to a high professional and ethical standard.

We will gladly accompany any, or all viewings on your property. In fact, we prefer to show the potential tenants around.
