Yes. As well as being a member of ‘Rightmove’, we are members of The Guild of Letting and Management. We also subscribe to many other web sites in order to attract more tenants.

 Q: Are you open on Sunday?
 A: Our sister company, Gatehouse Estates is open on Sundays, 10am – 5pm.This ensures that we never miss an opportunity for our landlords. Gatehouse Estates Property Management is open 6 days a week, and not open on Sunday.

 Q: How do you value my property?
 A: Valuing property is not a science. We use a combination of comparable property examples where we have already tenants, local knowledge and logic. This ensures that your property reaches the market at the best possible price and is let within the timescale you have in mind.

 Q: What happens once Gatehouse Estates Property Management has found a tenant for my property?
 A: From the outset, we aim to take the stress away from the landlord. Once a suitable tenant has been located, we begin the process by checking the financial background of the tenant. If the tenant is acceptable, we take a deposit from the tenant and begin the process of handing the property over to the tenant by preparing our standard tenancy contract.
